Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable HR Manager / HR Business Partner to lead the local HR function of a restaurant network based in Tel Aviv.

This is a hybrid strategic and hands-on role, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle across both HQ and field restaurant teams. The position combines business partnership with operational execution in a fast-moving, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
• Advise and support restaurant managers and regional managers in all aspects of human capital management, leadership development, and organizational decision-making.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Lead and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the hospitality industry, including HQ roles, chefs, branch managers, and field staff, while meeting workforce planning goals.
• Employee Experience & Retention:
• Design and implement employee engagement, retention, welfare, and organizational culture initiatives aligned with brand values.
• Labor Law & Compensation:
• Ensure compliance with Israeli labor law in the hospitality sector, manage employment contracts, terminations, and coordination with payroll functions.
• Training & Organizational Development:
• Implement performance evaluation processes, training programs, and internal career development pathways.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry (restaurant chains, hotels, large retail, or multi-site service organizations – mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences / Human Resources / Psychology / Sociology or related field (Master’s degree – advantage)
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (international work environment)
• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and mediation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and execution-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel between company locations / branches
