​We are looking for a sharp, curious, and tech-savvy Junior Recruiter to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. This is an exciting opportunity to dive straight into the tech recruitment ecosystem, learn from industry experts, and work directly with startup founders.

​What You’ll Do

• ​Sourcing & Talent Identification: Partner with senior recruiters to map markets, source, and identify top talent for key tech roles using LinkedIn and advanced sourcing methods.
• ​Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assess professional alignment, and provide detailed insights to senior team members.
• ​Process Management: Own the candidate experience from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey.
• ​Tech & AI Integration: Utilize cutting-edge AI and automation tools to optimize your workflow and work smarter, not harder.
• ​Client Collaboration: Learn how to analyze tech roles and work closely with founders and hiring managers.

​What We’re Looking For

• ​Background: 1-2 years of experience in high-tech environments (Operations, Admin, Marketing, HR, or similar) – an absolute must. Prior experience in tech sourcing/recruitment is a strong advantage.
• ​Education: Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• ​Languages: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• ​Mindset: Quick learner, highly organized, driven, and genuinely passionate about technology, data, and people.
• ​Tech-Savvy: Someone who naturally explores new tech tools and AI platforms (we love early adopters!).
