Customer Experience Manager | Haifa | Field Role

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Customer Experience Manager for a government office

Responsibilities:

Manage and take ownership of all training and technological support activities across Northern Israel

Support approximately 500 users across the Northern region

Travel between different locations across Northern Israel as part of a field-based role

Arrive in Tel Aviv one day per week

Operate and support basic hardware, software, and off-the-shelf products used by the organization

Provide one-on-one user training on software operation

Lead training and implementation for new dedicated systems

Refresh and reinforce usage of existing systems

Take responsibility for training and implementation teams

Build training and implementation plans

Manage the overall training process

Requirements:

3 years of experience in the field

Technological understanding and significant training experience

Experience providing one-on-one software operation training to users

Experience delivering training and implementation for new dedicated systems or refreshing existing systems

Experience taking responsibility for training teams
