HR & Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Description The HR & Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time role with flexible working hours, suitable for a parent-friendly schedule, and based in Herzliya. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering, project management, validation, automation, and corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Lead onboarding processes and support successful employee integration.

Human Resources

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including compensation, onboarding, performance reviews, employee development, and offboarding.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees across the organization.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate employee welfare programs, company events, and internal communications.
• Support organizational growth by implementing HR best practices and processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or industrial positions – a significant advantage.
• Experience working in engineering, project-based, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or technology organizations – an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
