HRBP | Haifa Office - JB-668

For our Haifa Office , we are seeking an experienced HRBP (Temporary position) to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to talent management, career development, and offboarding
• Collaborate with the management team and employees to continuously improve labor relations, maintain department morale, increase efficiency, and drive employee retention
• Advise and guide the management team on leadership issues, supporting their professional development as managers and helping the unit achieve high business performance
• Proactively assess team and organizational needs, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions, including building ad-hoc programs
• Plan, lead, and implement global HR processes such as organizational surveys, performance reviews, compensation cycles, feedback processes, and more
• Design and execute the unit's welfare program, including budget management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree – an advantage
• 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in large, global organizations
• Exceptional interpersonal and service-oriented skills, fast learner, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong technological proficiency with hands-on experience in computer applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office
• Experience working with HR systems in general, and Workday in particular – a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of labor laws
• High level of English proficiency
