Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive / Consultant to drive revenue growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with enterprise-level customers across Israel and the broader region. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, experience navigating complex sales cycles, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage with senior executives, understand business challenges, and position solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise business opportunities.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Develop strategic account plans for key target organizations.
Consultative Selling
Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Present tailored solutions that address customer needs and deliver ROI.
Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations.
Enterprise Account Management
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic growth initiatives.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Process Management
Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
Prepare commercial proposals, RFP responses, and pricing recommendations.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM systems.
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in partnership with legal and management teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Provide customer feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
MBA is an advantage.
Experience
5–10+ years of enterprise sales, consultative sales, business development, or account management experience.
Proven success selling B2B solutions to large enterprises.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder and long sales cycles.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
Skills & Competencies
Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
Preferred Experience
Experience selling SaaS, technology, cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise software, digital transformation, or professional services solutions.
Existing network within the Israeli enterprise ecosystem.
Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

Revenue attainment against quota.
New enterprise customer acquisition.
Pipeline generation and conversion rates.
Average deal size.
Customer retention and expansion revenue.
Sales forecast accuracy.
