✈️ Leading the training and qualification function of our Flight Operations Division within a highly technological and operational environment

What Will You Actually Do?

🔹 Lead and manage the Training Department within the Flight Operations Division

🔹 Own and drive all employee qualification, certification, and competency programs

🔹 Ensure achievement of annual training and certification goals across the organization

🔹 Develop curricula, training content, technical documentation, and professional learning materials

🔹 Lead and mentor a team of instructors and training professionals

🔹 Manage LMS platforms and implement advanced training methodologies

🔹 Represent the training function in senior management forums

🔹 Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operational training and qualification programs

Who Are You?

✔ You have managerial experience in training, learning, or professional qualification programs

✔ You've built and led real training programs—not just workshops or one-off training sessions

✔ You know how to work across complex organizational interfaces without losing control of the details

✔ You're able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

✔ You can lead people, establish high standards, and hold yourself and others accountable to them

✔ You have excellent Hebrew and English skills, including technical writing capabilities

Significant Advantages

➕ Aviation or operational training background

➕ Experience working with simulators or flight systems

➕ Experience delivering training programs to customers in Israel and abroad

➕ Familiarity with the UAS/UAV industry

➕ Academic degree
