Executive Search specialist

We’re looking for an Executive Search specialist who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to be at the intersection of people, strategy, and operations.

This role offers unique exposure to the world of Executive Search, senior leadership hiring, and the Israeli high-tech ecosystem, while playing a key role in both recruitment processes and organizational operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Supporting Executive Search processes throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, including analytics and insights generation, market mapping, candidate pipeline building, and client presentations.

Building market mapping through data analysis from sources such as SNF, LinkedIn, and additional sourcing platforms.

Managing the day-to-day organizational operations, including end-to-end organizational data management, logistics, work with suppliers and service providers, coordination of meetings and company events.

Work process optimization, identifying bottlenecks that require improvement, creating and implementing new workflows, and improving existing processes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in the high-tech industry.

Strong sourcing and market research abilities, including work with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

High-level verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a “can-do” attitude.

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition roles.

At least 2 years of experience in operations or project coordination roles.

B.A. in Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
