Validated in outdoor tests, our solutions are engineered to redefine the future of drone defense systems.
The Role
This is a central, high-impact position at the heart of the company's operations in Modiin, Israel (not Hybrid). You will work directly alongside the CEO and senior leadership, serving as the operational backbone across both our offices. You'll own the day-to-day running of the office, coordinate complex logistics, liaise with Israeli government authorities, and support a wide range of projects — all while maintaining the kind of calm, organized presence that keeps a fast-moving technology company on track.

Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
- Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and correspondence as needed
- Support senior management with day-to-day administrative needs
- Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
Office & Site Operations
- Oversee and coordinate ongoing operational and administrative activities across both company sites (Modiin and Omer)
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment
- Track orders, invoices, and procurement processes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through
Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Manage end-to-end international business travel for company employees — including flights, accommodation, visa requirements, and on-the-ground logistics
- Anticipate and resolve travel disruptions proactively
Regulatory & Government Liaison
- Work with relevant Israeli government authorities and regulatory bodies, including preparation and submission of applications and supporting documentation
- Stay current on procedural requirements and deadlines to ensure compliance
Employee Experience & Company Events
- Plan and coordinate employee welfare activities, team events, and company-wide gatherings
- Help foster a positive, engaged workplace culture
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners in Israel and globally
- Facilitate clear and timely communication across functions and geographies
Project Support
- Lead and support operational and administrative projects as they arise, adapting quickly to shifting priorities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or office management role — ideally in a technology company or dynamic, multi-site environment
- High-level English, both written and spoken — you will regularly communicate with international partners and prepare professional documents in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural service orientation — you build relationships easily and people trust you to follow through
- High level of personal responsibility, discretion, and professional maturity
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you spot issues before they escalate and come with solutions, not just questions
Advantageous
- Experience working with Israeli government or regulatory authorities
- Familiarity with Priority ERP (or a similar ERP system)
- Experience coordinating international travel logistics
- Bachelor's degree
