About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and Python experience.

This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys working with data, asking the right questions, building strong analytical foundations, and turning raw information into clear insights that support business decisions.

The role includes both analytical work and recurring operational data tasks, so we’re looking for someone who is accurate, consistent, and comfortable owning repetitive data workflows with care and professionalism. In this role, you will support ongoing reporting, data validation, monitoring, and data-driven business processes.

You’ll Work On

• Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
• Python-based data analysis and automation
• Recurring reports and dashboards
• Data validation and monitoring
• Turning data into clear business insights for internal stakeholders
• Supporting ongoing reporting and structured data processes

We’re Looking for Someone With

• 3–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries
• Python experience
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail
• Genuine interest in working with data, with care for accuracy, quality, and impact
• Comfort with recurring tasks, reporting routines, and structured data processes
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• A humble, professional, customer-first mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Fluent Hebrew and good English

Nice to Have

• Experience in a tech, SaaS, services, or consulting environment
• background in medical data

Location

Hybrid role, with office attendance several times a week near HaShalom train station, Tel Aviv.
