CRM Dynamics Systems Analyst | Petah Tikva

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a CRM Dynamics Systems Analyst for a leading organization in Petah Tikva.

This role includes analyzing business needs and organizational processes, writing functional and technical specifications, and leading end-to-end projects within a cloud-based Dynamics 365 environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and organizational processes

• Write functional and technical specifications

• Lead end-to-end projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud environments

• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, AI solutions, and Microsoft ecosystem integrations

• Perform Hands-on work within the system environment

• Take ownership of modules in Production environments

• Work closely with senior business stakeholders and executives

• Lead advanced technological and AI-based solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM Cloud environments

• Hands-on experience with configurations, modules, integrations, and Power Apps

• Proven experience leading end-to-end processes and projects in Production environments

• Experience developing AI-based automations and AI solutions

• Ability to work with senior business stakeholders and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
