Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships, manage accounts, and address customer needs effectively. Key tasks include developing client strategies, maintaining communication, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of GNS’s cloud solutions. The individual will also focus on achieving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or customer success roles
Understanding of cloud infrastructure, IaaS, or IT services
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and ability to identify growth opportunities
Proficiency in CRM systems and tools
Fluency in both English and Hebrew
Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is a plus
