As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar Talent Sourcer to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers from the opening of a position to its successful hiring
Lead and create smart ways to find candidates on job sites, social media, professional networks, and industry events
Use advanced search methods (AI tools) to find top and strong candidates in the industry
Learn and understand the gaming market in depth
Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach and maintain their interest throughout the hiring process

Requirements

1-2 years of proven experience in talent sourcing, especially in tech and growth companies
Practical, hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members
Proactive, goal-oriented, and creative in finding solutions to sourcing challenges

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Support managers throughout the recruitment process and conduct phone interviews
