The Role-
- Impactful Leadership: Lead a development team of 3 engineers, reporting directly to the CTO.
- Core Development: Take a central role in the R&D department, focusing on the platform's engine and high-performance video delivery systems.
- Deep Tech Focus: Work extensively with Vanilla JS and Browser APIs to build robust, lightweight, and high-speed web solutions.
- Collaborative Design: Thrive in an environment that prioritizes brainstorming and joint problem-solving to architect complex features.
Tech Stack & Environment-
- Core Language: Vanilla JavaScript (Pure JS)
- Tools: Chrome Developer Webtools, Browser APIs
- Focus: Mobile-responsive design, Frontend performance optimization, Video monetization & distribution.
- Architecture: High-performance web applications tailored for the AdTech ecosystem.
Requirements-
- 6 consecutive years of experience in Vanilla JS – This is a core requirement for the role.
- 2 years of experience in a Team Lead position, with a genuine passion for mentoring and leading developers.
- Expertise in Browser APIs and a deep understanding of optimizing frontend performance.
- Strong proficiency in Chrome Developer Tools – Mandatory.
- Proven track record in developing mobile-responsive web applications.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with a team to transform ideas into scalable solutions.
