Course #1: Introduction to Frontend software development (98 Hours)

What you’ll learn:

What is software development.
What are the main parts of a software system – frontend and backend.
The different aspects of a web page: HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Various HTML elements.
Using CSS and CSS frameworks.
The Javascript programming language.


Course #2: Advanced Frontend development – React (180 Hours)

What you’ll learn:

The React front-end framework and its use for developing real-world, sophisticated web applications.
Mobile as a different kind of frontend.
Introduction to Mobile software development.


Course #3: Practical aspects of Frontend development (95 Hours)

Frontend software development isn't just plain code writing. There are a lot of other aspects to it, and this course will cover many of them, including:

Agile software development.
Testing and unit testing.
Code Coverage.
Performance and optimization.
Using 3rd party packages and dependency management.
Open source software.
Version control and git.
Code reviews.
Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI / CD).
Logging and monitoring.
Usability and user experience.
UI design and working with designers.


Course #4: Final Project (82 Hours)

In this course, you'll get to apply the skills and practices you've learned in the previous part of the track on a real-world software system.
