DE&I Talent Acquisition Specialist

Co-Impact is seeking a motivated and impact-driven DE&I Talent Acquisition Specialist to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion by promoting the integration of Arab talent into the Israeli private sector.

In this role, you will build strong partnerships with employers, identify hiring opportunities, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support meaningful workforce integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with employers across the private sector.
• Identify hiring needs and match relevant candidates from the Arab community.
• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and candidate placement.
• Lead employer engagement activities such as meetings, presentations, and collaborations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with program objectives.
• Contribute to expanding employment opportunities and increasing representation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employer relations, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Hebrew and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and digital platforms.
