Data Analyst

The Role-

• Report to the Data Analysis Team Lead as part of a high-impact team.
• Analyze complex monetization models, including retention, ad optimization, and user activity funnels.
• Lead data initiatives from end-to-end, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Define BI events to track and analyze deep user interactions.
• Perform hands-on A/B testing and statistical modeling on massive, high-traffic datasets.

Requirements-

• B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a complex business environment.
• Strong SQL skills with proven experience querying large, complex datasets.
• Practical experience with Cloud Data Warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake).
• Proven experience in Monetization analysis: Retention, Ad optimization, and funnel analysis.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid foundation in statistical methods and data modeling.
• Proactive "can-do" attitude with a strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for sports is a significant cultural fit.
