We are looking for a Renewals & Operations Specialist for a key role with full responsibility for contract and vendor agreement renewals, working closely with partners and customers.
Role Description
- End-to-end ownership of renewals for contracts, licenses, and vendor agreements
- Leading commercial negotiations with business partners and customers
- Ongoing collaboration with internal and external sales managers
- Managing working relationships with international vendors and partners
- Tracking, updating, and maintaining accurate data in CRM systems
- Working extensively with Excel and managing precise commercial data
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations / Inside Sales, including handling contracts and agreements
- High proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong service orientation, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Negotiation capabilities
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and meet tight deadlines under pressure
- High-level English – mandatory (ongoing work with international vendors)
