Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Renewals & Operations Specialist for a key role with full responsibility for contract and vendor agreement renewals, working closely with partners and customers.

Role Description

• End-to-end ownership of renewals for contracts, licenses, and vendor agreements
• Leading commercial negotiations with business partners and customers
• Ongoing collaboration with internal and external sales managers
• Managing working relationships with international vendors and partners
• Tracking, updating, and maintaining accurate data in CRM systems
• Working extensively with Excel and managing precise commercial data

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations / Inside Sales, including handling contracts and agreements
• High proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong service orientation, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Negotiation capabilities
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and meet tight deadlines under pressure
• High-level English – mandatory (ongoing work with international vendors)
