The Opportunity

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced global setting? We are looking for a proactive Sales Effectiveness & Process Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our sales workflows, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders, and supporting our global business operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• End-to-End Sales Support: Oversee operational activities across the sales cycle, including crafting tailored proposals (scope, deliverables, pricing structures, regions) and preparing polished client-facing documentation.
• Process Management & Approvals: Lead and navigate internal cross-functional approval flows, ensuring swift resolution and aligned decision-making with high patience and accountability.
• Systems & Data Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft systems and advanced Excel capabilities to track, analyze, and manage operational data efficiently.
• CRM Operations: Maintain and optimize sales processes within CRM platforms (such as Dynamics 365), ensuring accurate data entry and process alignment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster smooth communication and seamless handoffs.
• Team Synergy & System Enablement: Assist team members with system-related workflows, ensuring all operations run synchronously and without friction.
  
  

• Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in an operational role (preferably within Sales Operations or Commercial Operations).
• Technical & Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exceptional Excel capabilities (data analysis, formulas, dynamic tables).
• System Familiarity: Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
• Process Execution: Strong ability to drive internal workflows, manage cross-functional approvals, and follow up consistently through completion.
• Analytical & Organizational Mindset: Highly organized with strong numerical agility and the ability to simplify complex operational structures.
• Interpersonal & Team Dynamics: Excellent communication skills, capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
• Ownership & Agility: Proactive, fast learner with a strong sense of initiative and a solution-oriented approach.
• Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work flexible hours to support global activities.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) – essential for working in a global environment.
