Email & SMS Delivery Manager JB-5168

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Email & SMS Delivery Manager to take full ownership of campaign deployment, deliverability, and performance optimization across email and SMS channels.

This role is responsible for the “last mile” of marketing—ensuring that every message reaches the right user at the right time, with maximum accuracy and impact. You will not only execute campaigns but also analyze performance data deeply and continuously optimize for engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Optimization

Monitor and analyze campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rate).

Lead and execute A/B testing strategies (subject lines, send times, content variations).

Identify user behavior trends and optimize campaign frequency and targeting to reduce churn.

Campaign Deployment & Automation

Build and maintain responsive email templates across all devices and platforms.

Implement advanced dynamic personalization (e.g., user preferences, balances, localization).

Manage SMS campaign delivery, ensuring compliance and message optimization.

Deliverability & Reputation Management

Monitor and improve domain and IP reputation.

Identify and resolve deliverability issues (spam placement, bounce rates, ISP filtering).

Conduct regular audits to ensure optimal inbox placement.

Quality Assurance & Tracking

Perform pre-send QA checks (links, tracking parameters, triggers).

Ensure accurate tracking of clicks, conversions, and ROI in BI systems.

Requirements

Proven experience in email and/or SMS campaign management

Strong analytical skills and experience working with data

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms / automation tools

Technical knowledge of email systems; HTML/CSS for email – strong advantage

Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization

High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset

Fluent English – required

Advantages:
