Executive Management: Member of the senior leadership team
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management & Control- Full responsibility for the accounting and financial reporting functions of the company, including subsidiaries in the U.S. and Europe.
- Preparation of periodic and annual financial statements in accordance with legal requirements and tax authorities.
- Oversight of collections, customer credit terms, and management of legal collection actions when necessary.
- Managing payments to suppliers in accordance with cash flow and contractual terms.
- Responsibility for payroll, employee onboarding and offboarding, and employee rights.
- Handling of transfer pricing matters.
- Managing the company’s cash flow and presenting ongoing forecasts to management.
- Establishing and managing financing frameworks with banks, credit companies, and other financial institutions.
- Cost planning and control across the company’s product portfolio.
- Building annual and monthly budgets, tracking performance vs. plan, and presenting variances.
- Developing tools for budget control prior to committing to expenditures.
- Generating and analyzing P&L reports by profit centers (customers/brands).
- Developing and implementing business KPIs to measure company performance.
- Conducting profitability analyses by category, brand, and customer.
- Presenting internal and external financial forecasts to management and stakeholders.
- Ensuring full compliance with all tax reporting obligations.
- Monitoring regulatory changes and implementing required adjustments within the company.
- Coordinating activities with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax experts.
- Managing the company’s insurance portfolio, including renewals and claims.
- Responsibility for working with legal counsel and supporting major contractual negotiations.
- Oversight and guidance regarding supplier and customer contracts, including establishing uniform contract standards.
- Initiating and continuously improving financial and business processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Managing ERP vendors and financial digital tools.
- Providing financial insights and analytical support for strategic decision-making.
- Identifying and managing financial and operational risks.
- Developing response plans for economic crises, supply chain disruptions, or market volatility.
- Accuracy and adherence to deadlines in financial and budget reporting.
- Meeting cash flow and financing targets.
- Transparency and reliability of financial data presented to management and ownership.
- Implementation and continuous improvement of financial controls and systems.
- Maintaining financial stability and supporting business growth.
- Native-level English — mandatory.
- Experience with SAP Business One and Shikulit — strong advantage.
