Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and insightful Product Owner. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience of our platform by analyzing and interpreting usage data, monitoring feature adoption, and supporting new feature launches with data-driven insights and product definitions.

This is an ideal position for someone with a passion for understanding clinical data, user behavior, and platform dynamics, alongside experience in tracking and optimizing key metrics that influence platform success and user satisfaction. The Product Owner role requires a blend of product, analytical, technical, and collaborative skills. Working alongside a cross-functional team, your insights and definitions will directly influence feature development and enhance the platform's usability, performance, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Owner specializing in Platform Analytics, you will be instrumental in advancing our platform's data-driven approach. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyzing platform usage patterns and deriving actionable insights to optimize user engagement and satisfaction within complex clinical workflows.

• Feature Lifecycle Support: Supporting the development of new features by monitoring early adoption, user interactions, and performance.

• KPI Management: Partnering with team members to establish and track key feature KPIs, assessing business impact, and recommending continuous enhancements.

• Visibility & Reporting: Developing dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends.

• Customer Advocacy: Collaborating with Customer Success to understand and address user pain points experienced by healthcare professionals, driving platform improvements, and reducing churn.

• Process Improvement: Continuously enhancing our analytics methodologies, product processes, and data platforms to support agile and accurate insights.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Product, or Platform domains.

• Industry Context: Proven experience working within HealthTech, B2B healthcare SaaS, or with clinical data products is highly preferred.

• Compliance & Standards: Familiarity with healthcare data standards, electronic health records (EHR), or compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a strong advantage.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong aptitude for delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders.

• Education: B.Sc. or equivalent studies with a strong portfolio of hands-on, data-driven projects.



• Advantage: A Master's degree in a relevant field is considered a strong plus.
