The office is located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Product Manager, joining an elite, focused product group reporting directly to the VP of Product, taking full end-to-end ownership of core functional areas of the platform.
• Translating complex Enterprise Identity & Access Governance challenges into elegant, highly intuitive, and scalable enterprise B2B workflows.
• Collaborating daily and closely with the Founders, R&D squads, Product Designers, and Enterprise Design Partners to take mission-critical features from concept (0→1) to market adoption.
• Spearheading an AI-native product mindset, actively embedding AI agents, modern LLM capabilities, and rapid prototyping workflows directly into product discovery and day-to-day operations.
• Engaging directly with enterprise CISO and Identity engineering teams to unpack friction points, validate technical feasibility, and architect deep system integrations.
• Defining clear product roadmaps, user stories, detailed technical specifications, and measurable success metrics for high-velocity engineering execution.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, with a demonstrated track record of owning complex, technical B2B software products – Mandatory
• Deep, hands-on product expertise in the Identity domain (IAM / IGA), with comprehensive knowledge of identity concepts, lifecycle flows, and technologies (SSO, Authentication, Authorization, MFA, Access Governance, IdPs, and IGA) – Mandatory
• Solid background delivering products in Enterprise Security, Cloud Infrastructure, Developer Tools, or technically complex systems – Mandatory
• Proven track record taking products, architectures, or major enterprise capabilities from initial inception to launch (0→1) – Mandatory
• Exceptional technical depth and experience working closely with senior engineering and architecture teams on complex API integrations and distributed systems – Mandatory
• Strong customer-facing capabilities with proven experience leading technical discovery sessions with global enterprise customers – Mandatory
• Product-oriented AI fluency: comfort using AI-assisted tools, agentic patterns, and rapid experimentation workflows – Mandatory
• Excellent executive presence and fluent, high-level English communication skills (both verbal and written) – Mandatory
