💼 THE ROLE

Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer (Remote)

You will be the first person to represent Catalyst commercially.

No script to follow. No leads handed to you. You build the pipeline.

What you'll do:

→ Present and pitch Catalyst, Hokmah, Zinnawa, and Kefal to prospects

→ Identify and close the first paying customers across all three products

→ Build relationships with dev teams, SMB owners, and cybersecurity buyers

→ Shape go-to-market strategy alongside the technical founder

→ Represent Catalyst at events, accelerators, and partner meetings

💰 COMPENSATION

✅ Equity stake in Catalyst AI Research (co-founder terms — negotiable)

✅ Commission on every sale you close (% per product, defined at onboarding)

✅ Salary from month 5 (pre-seed round in progress)

🎯 IDEAL PROFILE

• Has closed B2B SaaS deals — dev tools, cybersecurity, or SMB software preferred

• Can explain a technical product without needing a 40-slide deck

• Comfortable building from zero — no inherited playbook, no existing pipeline

• Hebrew + English required · Arabic or French a strong plus

• Hunger and track record matter more than degrees
