Mertens Malam Team is hiring a CRM Dynamics Systems Analyst for a leading organization in Petah Tikva.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business needs and organizational processes in a fast-paced environment
• Writing high-quality functional and technical specifications
• Collaborating closely with Development, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Building strong relationships with business users, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement
• Taking ownership of projects from discovery through go-live (E2E)
• Supporting existing solutions and proactively identifying improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst working with Dynamics 365
• Strong business understanding and ability to see the bigger picture
• Proven experience leading end-to-end analysis of complex cross-system processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technology teams
• Experience with integration platforms and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem
