We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Help Desk / IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The role involves providing first-line technical support to end users and managing core IT infrastructure in a Windows-based environment.

Job Description

• Provide phone and remote support to end users
• Manage and maintain Domain environments
• User and permissions management in Active Directory
• Support and basic administration of Exchange / Cloud Mail services
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system issues
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues
• Configure network drives and end-user equipment
• Handle printer and scanner issues
• Support email-related incidents and cloud-based mail systems

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Technician - Must
• (Military IT experience is a strong advantage)
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems - Must
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user permissions - Must
• Support and basic administration of Exchange / Cloud Mail services - Must
• Experience troubleshooting network issues and end-user hardware - Must
• Familiarity with printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
• Experience supporting cloud-based email solutions
