Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join a leading fintech company and drive data-driven decision-making at the core of their operations.

Responsibilities:

Generate insights from the company's databases, both proactively and on demand.

Identify customer needs in collaboration with decision-makers, define business requirements, specify solutions, and validate results.

Build metrics and decision-support analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

Develop quantitative analyses, dashboards, and models; identify data gaps and drive improvements.

Perform complex analyses, understand multi-system business processes, and analyze trends.

Requirements:

• Degree in in Exact Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant quantitative field – Mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Hands-on experience working with SQL-based databases.
• Experience in developing, scoping, or working with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into tools for data development, management, and retrieval.
• Analytical mindset, independent research skills, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Experience working with AI tools – Advantage.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python – Advantage.
• Familiarity with advanced data technologies – Advantage.
• Familiarity with BigQuery, SQL Server, or Vertica – Advantage
