About the Role

We’re looking for an SDR who brings curiosity, drive, and the ability to connect with business owners.

This is a hybrid role where you will work from both directions:

Convert inbound leads coming from our website, campaigns, and referrals
Generate new opportunities through outbound outreach to businesses that fit our ideal customer profile
Build a pipeline that directly translates into revenue, with real impact on company growth

Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives
Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to relevant businesses
Run discovery conversations to understand customer needs
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to improve messaging, sequences, and conversion rates

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in SDR / BDR / B2B sales (fintech / SaaS / payments strong advantage)
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
Ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools (freshdesk, zendesk advantage)
