✨ We’re Hiring: Validation Manager ✨
A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Validation Manager for a senior, hands-on role at its manufacturing site.
This is a key position with full responsibility for validation and calibration activities, combining strategic ownership with a strong presence on the production floor and end-to-end leadership.
🧪 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and approve validation activities for equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes
• Perform IQ / OQ / PQ directly on the production floor
• Validate manufacturing and packaging equipment, clean rooms, utilities, and computerized systems (CSV)
• Author and approve validation protocols, reports, SOPs, and risk assessments
• Own and maintain the Validation Master Plan (VMP)
• Provide strong on-site support during changes, deviations, and NPI
• Professionally manage external vendors and contractors
• Lead Change Control and CAPA processes
• Actively participate in regulatory audits (FDA, EMA)
🎓 Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Engineering or Life Sciences – mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on validation experience in a GMP environment – mandatory
• Proven experience performing validations in practice, not only managing them
• Deep knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
• Strong ownership, independence, and leadership skills
• High-level English and Hebrew, written and spoken
