A fast‑growing digital product company focused on delivering high‑impact user experiences and scalable revenue models, looking for a data‑driven Monetization Manager to lead revenue growth for a fast‑moving digital product.
What you’ll do- Develop and optimize monetization strategy
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and KPIs
- Build and improve business models (Ads, Subscriptions, IAP)
- Run A/B tests and drive continuous optimization
- Work closely with Product, Data, and Marketing teams
- 2–4 years of experience in Monetization / Product / Growth
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
- Experience with B2C products or mobile apps
- High level of English
- Experience with ad‑based revenue models
- Background in Gaming or Consumer Apps
- Experience with mobile monetization models is a strong advantage.
