Generative AI Engineer (Immediate Start)

Dofinity.AI is currently seeking to engage an AI Engineer on a contract basis, starting part-time with the potential to expand into a full-time engagement over time.

This is a contractor role and not a direct employment position.

Dofinity.AI specializes in building tailored, enterprise-grade AI systems, supporting organizations from initial concept through to production, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business impact (dofinity.ai).

Our work combines AI, cloud technologies, and deep collaboration with customers to design solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned with real business needs.

We are looking for a contractor with strong hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying AI-driven systems in cloud environments, with an emphasis on production-grade engineering.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience working with Azure or AWS, with deep expertise in at least one of these platforms
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying end-to-end AI systems, including APIs, pipelines, and integrations, in production environments
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, cloud architectures, and scalable system design
• Experience working with LLMs / Generative AI solutions and integrating them into real-world applications
• Ability to work independently within a remote, distributed team
• Hebrew speaker - mandatory
• Based in Israel - preferred, though not required

The selected contractor will work closely with internal teams and customers, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across multiple projects.

This engagement is suited for an experienced professional who is comfortable operating in a consulting or delivery-oriented environment and is interested in a long-term collaboration that may grow in scope.
