Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Generative AI engines, focusing on Agents and RAG Systems applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize and fine-tune Generative Agents for performance and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Generative AI Industry.

Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Generative AI, with a strong focus on Agents applications
Solid understanding of Foundations Models, Prompt Engineering, Content Filtering with Production grade Models such as Claud, GPT and Gemini.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
