Senior Prompt Engineer - AI Research & Reliability - Maternity Leave Replacement We are looking for a talented Senior Prompt Engineer to join an innovative AI team at a high-tech company in Ramat Gan and play a key role in designing and improving advanced LLM-powered products. What you’ll do: Design and build sophisticated AI agent and multi-agent systems. Develop and optimize prompts, AI workflows and system instructions. Build evaluation frameworks and testing pipelines to improve AI quality and reliability. Analyze agent behavior, production traces and user feedback to identify improvements. Conduct experiments and research new approaches in Generative AI and NLP. Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science and Engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions. What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, ML Engineering, NLP, Data Science, or a similar technical field. Relevant B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related quantitative field. Strong Python programming skills. Hands-on experience building AI agents and multi-step workflows. Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG and retrieval techniques. Experience with evaluation frameworks, benchmarking and experimentation. Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain or similar frameworks – an advantage.
