Logistics Expert

We are looking for a Logistics Expert to take professional ownership of our warehouse operations, distribution processes, and daily logistics coordination. This role requires a professional with strong operational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive process excellence in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional responsibility for warehouse and distribution processes, including monitoring of supplier performances for inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipments.
• End‑to‑end logistics coordination with local distribution partners, couriers and internal cross‑functional stakeholders (sales agents and customer service teams).
• Daily collaboration with the warehouse team to ensure accurate execution, service quality, and adherence to operational standards.
• Management of logistics documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, and regulatory paperwork when required.
• Monitoring and improving logistics KPIs, such as delivery accuracy, lead times, service levels, and operational efficiency.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, and Customer Service to ensure product availability and seamless order fulfillment.
• Data management and reporting Ongoing updates, accuracy checks, and generation of operational reports.
• Continuous improvement of logistics processes, identifying bottlenecks, implementing structured improvements, and supporting LEAN methodologies.
• Handling exceptions and escalations, including shipment delays, service issues, and customer‑related logistics inquiries.
• Managing stock within the organization, creating orders for our Stores, internal stakeholders, and maintenance of it.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, distribution, or supply chain -required.
• Experience working with freight forwarders -strong advantage.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or international supply chain environments - advantage.
• Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading) - required.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables).
• High level of accuracy, organization, and accountability.
• Strong service orientation and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of execution.
• Fluent Hebrew (spoken, written, and reading) - required.
