Group Controller

Job Title: Group Controller

A publicly traded company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The group focused on developing advanced defense technologies, including counter-drone systems and surveillance solutions.

We are seeking a Group Controller to join our team.

Full-time position | Location: Rosh HaAyin / Kfar Saba

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the preparation of the Group’s consolidated financial statements (quarterly and annual) in accordance with IFRS

• Preparation of periodic and ad hoc management reports, including Budget vs. Actual (BVA), annual budgets, and forecasts

• Monitoring, control, and analysis of Group revenues and expenses

• Management and oversight of cash flow for Israeli entities

• Preparation of tax reports for Group companies in Israel

• Managing the finance team in Israel, including a Controller, Assistant Controller, and Bookkeepers

• Professional oversight and support of internal and external finance personnel in international subsidiaries

• Reporting directly to the Group CFO

• Ongoing work with external auditors, tax advisors, and valuation experts

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• At least 2 years of experience as a Controller in a publicly traded company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange – mandatory

• High level of English proficiency

• Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage

• Ability to work independently, high level of commitment, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to work intensively during peak periods
