Group Controller, Head of Accounting & Financial Reporting JB-00117

About the role

We're looking for a Group Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting and corporate financial control across the group. This is a senior leadership role and a true business partner to the executive team — supporting decision-making, managing financial risk, and driving efficiency and digital transformation across the finance function.

What you'll do

• Own the group's financial statements end to end — monthly, quarterly and annual — including consolidation and application of IFRS standards.
• Manage cash flow, analyze business results, and control working capital and P&L performance.
• Lead the bookkeeping function, vendor management, payments, inventory and fixed assets.
• Own the relationship with external auditors and ensure compliance with tax, regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Build and develop the accounting and bookkeeping teams, and lead improvements to SAP and to core finance processes.

What you'll bring

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) — required.
• 8–10 years of experience in accounting and financial control within a large organization or corporate group.
• Proven experience managing teams and finance functions.
• Deep command of IFRS, consolidation, taxation and financial controls.
• High-level English.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP — an advantage.
• Big 4 background — a significant advantage.
