Roseberry is a fast-growing media-tech startup redefining short-form entertainment for the mobile era. We combine cinematic storytelling with interactive, mobile-first technology — building the platform powering the next generation of vertical series.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to manage our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting our short episode content for each platform in a smart, native way.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage day-to-day posting across platforms
  • Set up and manage social media pages, including content creation tailored to each platform
  • Conduct market research and provide ongoing industry updates
  • Establish and manage LinkedIn pages for the company and its employees
  • Adapt our content into the right formats (reels, posts, stories, shorts)
  • Work hands-on with video - cut, edit, and adjust when needed
  • Build and grow our community
  • Engage with followers through comments and messages
  • Test ideas, track performance, and improve over time
  • Spot trends early and know what fits (and what doesn’t)

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong understanding of social platforms (each one plays differently)
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Good eye for content and timing
  • Comfortable working with AI tools
  • Data-aware - you look at what works and learn fast
  • Fluent English (US audience)
  • Big plus: if you follow great creators and understand why they work.
