We are seeking a hands-on, proactive IT professional with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently, to join our team and take a leading role in managing and evolving our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the organization’s IT environment, ensuring stability, efficiency, and scalability
• Manage users, permissions, and core infrastructure components
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues end-to-end
• Lead problem-solving processes and implement effective, sustainable solutions
• Drive process improvements through automation and the use of AI-based tools

Requirements

• High English level- spoken and written
• Proven experience working with Windows and Mac environments (installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance)
• Hands-on experience with server management and administration (Active Directory, GPO, services, permissions, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation, process optimization, and script generation (deep scripting expertise not required, but strong orientation and capability are expected)
• Broad technical approach to IT infrastructure, deployments, and support
• High level of independence, ownership, and a proactive “can-do” mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented and professional approach to end users

Advantages
