About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Hebrew speaker) to support clinical trial campaigns by communicating with potential patients and providing accurate, empathetic information across multiple regions (Israel, UK, US).

Key Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound communication with potential clinical trial participants
• Provide clear information and guide patients through screening processes
• Document interactions in CRM systems
• Maintain high-quality communication and compliance standards
  
  

• 2–4 years of call center or customer support experience
• Fluent Hebrew (C2)
• High-level English (C1/C2)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in healthcare or the medical industry is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM practices and online collaboration tools
  
  

• Operating hours: Flexible (Local Time & Eastern Time coverage)
• Expected workload: 2 hours per day
• Weekdays only
