We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HRM to join our team and lead end-to-end HR processes while partnering closely with frontline and second-line managers in operational and service environments.

What you’ll do?

• Full ownership of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Providing close guidance, consultation, and HR support to first- and second-line managers (call centers / operations)
• Identifying organizational needs from the field and implementing effective HR solutions
• Leading and implementing HR projects and annual organizational programs
• Monitoring, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness of HR processes
• Initiating employee retention initiatives and supporting internal mobility

What are we looking for?

• At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience supporting frontline managers – mandatory (call centers / service / operations)
• Experience in a similar role within a medium to large organization
• Proven end-to-end HR process management experience
• Strong experience working closely with managers
• Knowledge of labor laws
