• es.You apply a PMO mindset — building work plans, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring governance and follow-throu
• gh.You design and implement learning solutions across digital, blended, and instructor-led formats, ensuring practical and scalable outcom
• es.You drive effective use of digital learning platforms (LXP/LMS) and learning data to support continuous learning and decision-maki
• ng.You oversee and support learning operations, including coordination of workshops, programs, and learning activities (virtual and in-person), ensuring high execution quali

Job Qualificati
