What will you do?

- Provide first-line technical support (on-site, phone, and remote)

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues

- Work with Active Directory for user and permission management

- Support Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

- Handle workstations, laptops, and peripherals

- Perform installations, configurations, and ongoing IT maintenance

- Work with security tools and antivirus solutions

- Document issues and solutions in ticketing systems

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Help Desk / IT Support

- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365

- Strong understanding of computer hardware and end-user environments

- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently

- Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills

- High level of English

Nice to Have:

- Microsoft certifications

- PC Technician certification
