Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Help Desk Technician to join an infrastructure team at a leading organization in Rishon LeZion.
Responsibilities:
Providing technical support to organizational employees via phone.

Requirements:

Several years of experience in on-site support within a medium to large organization.
Proven experience in computer installation, including working with images, workstation preparation, cloning, and deployment.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
Experience with peripheral equipment and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
Basic knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi and wired communication).
Preference for candidates with diverse professional experience and a stable background.
