Responsibilities:
- Provide phone-based support to organizational employees
- Deliver technical support for IT systems and information systems
- Remotely access user workstations to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Support end-user environments and handle ongoing technical inquiries
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or phone support – required
- Knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office, and end-user device support
