About the Role
As Akita Ciber’s Customer Success Manager, you’ll be helping shape what great customer success looks like at a fast-growing cybersecurity consultancy.
You’ll own a focused portfolio of strategic accounts, becoming a trusted advisor to clients across industries and sizes. While you’ll guide clients through onboarding, adoption, and renewals, your biggest impact will be on growth - identifying pain points, spotting upsell opportunities and working with Sales to bring more projects to Akita’s delivery teams.
This role sits between Customer Success and Business Development - ideal for someone with a commercial mindset, a genuine passion for cybersecurity, and the relationship skills to turn happy clients into long-term growth partners.
You’ll join a team of 8 with another CSM on board, reporting to the Team Leader.
What You’ll Do
Client Relationships & Strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, building trusted long-term relationships with stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite
- Get to know each client’s business goals and security posture, and connect them with the right Akita services
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) that demonstrate clear ROI and surface new opportunities
Client Lifecycle
- Lead structured onboarding programs to ensure a smooth start and fast time-to-value for new clients
- Proactively monitor account health, identify risks early, and develop mitigation plans
- Own the renewal process end-to-end with a focus on long-term client satisfaction
Growth & Upsell
- Spot client pain points and upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and bring them to the Sales team
- Work with Sales on account growth strategies and help close new engagements
Project & Client Management
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership
- Drive projects from kick-off to delivery - keeping stakeholders aligned, timelines on track, and quality consistently high
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Akita’s technical and delivery teams to ensure service excellence and resolve escalations
- Bring the voice of the customer into internal conversations - feeding insights back to management and helping shape how Akita grows
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 1–2+ years in a client-facing role - Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or similar. We welcome strong juniors who are hungry to grow!
- Background or hands-on experience in cybersecurity - whether in a technical, consulting, or client-facing capacity - is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and spot commercial opportunities, regardless of seniority level
Skills & Traits
- A natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly - with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded, with a nose for growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Organized and proactive - you manage complexity without dropping balls, juggling multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Technically curious - you don’t need to be a security expert on day one, but you’re eager to learn and can hold meaningful conversations about cybersecurity concepts
- A natural motivator who knows how to influence and get people moving - whether it’s a client team or a room full of executives
Communication & Presentation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Independently creates clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations for senior client stakeholders - in both Hebrew and English
- You take pride in every email, deck, and document you put out - polished work that reflects the quality of our brand
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
