Monetization Manager

Roseberry is a fast-growing media-tech startup redefining short-form entertainment for the mobile era. We combine cinematic storytelling with interactive, mobile-first technology — building the platform powering the next generation of vertical series.

We are looking for a highly technical, data-oriented, and organized Monetization Manager to join our team. You will manage all of our app’s users, back-office, monetization configurations, and daily operations.

What you’ll do

• Implement in-app configurations, price changes, and back-office setups to support daily operations.
• Translate data into actionable monetization decisions, managing user segmentation and pricing frameworks.
• Manage and execute the LiveOps calendar to drive continuous user engagement and revenue growth.
• Write clear, detailed, and comprehensive briefs for new campaigns and operational features.
• Maintain and operate social features and push notifications.
• Run multiple technical tasks simultaneously, ensuring fast and flawless execution.

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a Monetization or LiveOps role (ideally in mobile / B2C / gaming environments).
• Deep analytical expertise and a strongly data-oriented mindset.
• Strong experience in generating insights from user data, segmentation, and pricing frameworks.
• Deep technical aptitude with a strong understanding of monetization models.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex back-office systems.
• A "hungry," hands-on doer with great execution capabilities who can move fast.
