We’re Hiring: Organizational Learning & Development Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a leading Learning & Development Manager with strong capabilities in designing and developing innovative learning processes, to lead the L&D function in an organization of approximately 1,000 employees. This role includes responsibility for defining, developing, and implementing advanced learning solutions, integrating digital tools and AI technologies to support business growth and strengthen managers’ and employees’ capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training and learning needs in collaboration with business unit managers and build an annual learning plan

• Manage and oversee the annual training budget

• Design and develop end-to-end training content (both in-person and digital)

• Develop and implement advanced learning solutions

• Leverage AI tools for content creation, personalized learning paths, and enhancing the learning experience

• Lead cross-organizational learning projects

• Build employee training programs, including onboarding and role-specific professional training

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness (KPIs, ROI)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects/processes – required

• At least 2 years of experience in training development – required

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content development and learning – required

• Experience with LMS systems – a strong advantage

• Managerial or leadership experience – a strong advantage

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive initiatives

• Business-oriented thinking, creativity, and budget management skills
