Senior Monetization Manager

They are building a premium content platform focused on cinematic mini-dramas, combining high production value with a seamless mobile-first experience designed to maximize engagement and retention.

With strong early traction, the company is now focused on scaling its monetization strategy.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Monetization Manager to lead and scale the company’s revenue strategy.

This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership of monetization, where you’ll work at the intersection of product, data, and user psychology to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute the monetization strategy and product roadmap

- Design and optimize pricing models, subscriptions, and in-app purchase flows

- Develop and improve paywalls and conversion funnels

- Lead ongoing experimentation to increase conversion rates, ARPU, and LTV

- Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements

- Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and engineering teams

- Identify and test new monetization opportunities

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in monetization, growth, or product roles

- Background in mobile apps, digital content, or consumer products

- Proven track record of building or scaling monetization systems

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams

- Deep understanding of user behavior, funnels, and conversion dynamics

- Hands-on, proactive, and execution-oriented
