We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and lead hiring processes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Hiring Ownership- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: from kick-off and sourcing to interviews and offer management
• Strategic Talent Partnership- Understand business needs, provide market insights, and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations
• Candidate & Stakeholder Experience- Build trust with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for every candidate
• Recruitment Analytics & Optimization- Monitor hiring metrics, leverage tools like ATS and LinkedIn insights, and drive process improvements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong hands-on sourcing and interviewing skills
• Good communication and ability to work closely with hiring managers
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Ability to analyze hiring data and improve outcomes
  
  

• Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• An active voice on social media supporting talent and employer branding
