We’re looking for an experienced CRM Systems Analyst & Implementer – Microsoft Dynamics 365. If you’re a tech-savvy systems thinker who loves diving into the “how,” mastering Dynamics 365, and turning complex challenges into smart, elegant technical solutions — this one’s for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze business needs and organizational processes in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Write high-quality functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business users, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of projects from discovery to go-live (E2E).
  • Support existing solutions and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Information Systems Analyst working with Dynamics 365 - a must.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to see the big picture.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end analysis of complex, cross-system processes.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and tech teams.
  • Experience with integration platforms and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
